The American Museum of Straw Art is proud to be able to showcase this blog for all who are interested in Straw Arts and Customs. We hope that we will have participation from many places in the world and are working to become the place where everyone seeks and shares information and knowledge of their corner of the Straw World Community. With Contributing Editors in many parts of the world, we hope to keep you apprised of all that is Straw.
The Strawblog will be open to everyone who wishes to contribute. We have only a few rules that we think are important for everyone to remember. No fowl language should be used in postings and articles in the Strawblog. Neither will any post be allowed if it is a personal attack on any individual or straw organization. We want this to remain an available place for everyone and no one should fear any indictments or reprisals. We will not republish or otherwise infringe on anyone’s copyright and all submitted materials are expected to be from the original designer or writer. The Strawblog or the American Museum of Straw Art will not be responsible for checking on copyrights posted. If we discover that this has been done will will revoke anyone’s right to post in our blog.
We want open and frank discussions and an exchange of ideas to exist at the blog and feel these simple rules will ensure that everyone’s experience will be a positive one. In the case of articles outside of the English Language, an original language and English version will publish simultaneously so that information reaches as many corners of the straw world as possible. Please enjoy and feel free to be a part of the Strawblog, where anyone has a voice. We hope that in providing a forum for conversations, we will help preserve straw arts and customs around the world.
